FIBA's Central Board met on March 26 and 27. The meeting due to the current situation with the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic took place via video conference. The Central Board gave the green light for a range of changes to be made to the Official Basketball Rules, effective as of October 1, 2020.
Most of the changes are just changes in the wording for better clarification the existing rules.
